Before a Learner who attempts to Drive a Vehicle in a Public Place |

Before a learner who attempts to drive a vehicle in a public place, it is mandatory to have a learner’s license for that category of Vehicle. Further more as per Rule 3 ( C ) of the CMVR 1989 an “ L ” plate or card
shall be affixed to the front and rear of the
Vehicle. The letter “ L ” should be in red on a
white background as shown here. |
